Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your MTB For Life gear. If something isn’t right or doesn’t fit, here’s how our returns work.
Timeframe
You can request a return within 10 business days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Returns are accepted for full‑price items only; sale, clearance or special‑offer products are final and cannot be returned.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover your return shipping.
- Use our returns form below, including your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue (and photos if possible).
- We’ll reply within 48 hours and send you a free Australia Post return label.
- Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Post Office or Parcel Locker.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund or store credit.
Change of mind (non‑faulty items)
If you simply change your mind, you can still return eligible full‑price items.
- Use our returns form below with your order number, product name, and reason.
- We’ll reply with a prepaid Australia Post return label (return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund or store credit).
- Return the item in original condition, then we’ll process your return once it arrives.
Store credit & processing times
- Store credit is issued within 5 business days of agreeing on the return with you.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, pending bank processing times.
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted back.
